This time of year always calls for reflection, both on the year that has just passed and the new year ahead. At DubLi, we are overwhelmed by our accomplishments during 2010 and inspired by our promising future. During 2010, we solidified our foundation for a worldwide phenomenon. Some of the highlights of 2010 included:
Opened US office in Boca Raton, Florida as the Company’s worldwide corporate headquarters;
Launched DubLi Network Academy to ensure all Business Associates have the tools and resources to succeed in growing their DubLi business on a global scale;
Introduced Australian shopping mall as a value-added feature to the reverse auction concept;
Commenced operations in several new countries which will be instrumental in our future growth;
Launched Global concept: four platforms serving the North America, Europe, Australia and the balance of the world through the Worldwide portal;
Welcomed many new network leaders from around the world who are passionate and motivated to take DubLi to the next level;
Launched DubLi Entertainment to attract a global audience to our portals and provide users with access to a wide variety of social features;
Released MyDubLi application, as the desktop tool connecting users to every aspect of DubLi and provides them with easy access to shopping, auctions, entertainment and back office functions.

Introduced DuBot as our new mascot and the face of DubLi in the future;
Developed a new shopping mall platform to deliver virtually every facet of a customer’s wants and need from one easy-to-use location and,
Enhanced our management team and staff with individuals who have unique and diverse skills necessary to support our growing infrastructure going forward.
With the holidays behind us, it’s time to refocus and concentrate on the year ahead. The upcoming year has the potential to be THE year that marks history for DubLi and all those associated with our company. As Albert Schweitzer once said, “Example is not the main thing in influencing others, it is the only thing.” Success in any business is not easy. These are the qualities of a true leader, someone who believes unquestionably in their mission in both heart and mind. Some would argue a true leader is born with such innate characteristics, others would say that it can be cultivated and manifested in anyone who has the desire. True leaders are inspired by a challenge; they view it as an opportunity for positive change. Don’t you owe it to yourself to be a part of the success? You already made the first right decision, by associating yourself with DubLi. The second consideration is to determine what you want to make of your DubLi business set your goals for achievement. And, finally, it is about fulfilling your strategy daily towards reaching your individual success. When Michael Hansen conceptualized this business several years back, at the forefront of his plan, was that education is a company responsibility. Needless to say, today DubLi bases every new product feature launch on the same theory, it’s only as good as the people using it and it’s a company responsibility to make sure we not only educate our valuable associates on how to maximize their business but also we need to be sure to give them the appropriate tools and resources from which to do so. The Internet is a vast and growing data-driven machine and, since there is no way to control or even know what your customers are doing, it is imperative you do everything in your power to proactively safeguard the growth of your business! It is our job to help make this process more effective and efficient for you to benefit from all of your customers' activities. As such, when you sign up for a marketing package, you ensure that every time your customer shares a song with someone it automatically creates an opportunity for you to acquire a new customer. We can only guarantee this tracking through the capture page generated by the DubLi Marketing Package. If you do not have an active Marketing Package, we are unable to tag your BA identifier to the song, via the capture page, and your chances of converting that person into a customer decreases dramatically

Now that I have my marketing package, how do I make it work for me?The following overview will discuss how the new customer acquisition tools function. It is important to note, these customer acquisition features were designed to work independently from the retail components of DubLi.com. The Entertainment section of DubLi.com is not intended to be used to market a BA's independent business. Rather, it is designed to provide value to the retail consumer and improve the user experience. The capture page is a network tool designed to acquire customers.
The only way that a BA can acquire a new customer – when sending a song – is through the Marketing Package:
You must have an active (registered and paid for in your DubLi Network Back Office) Marketing Package and,
You must send the song from your desktop MyDubLi, or
You must send the song from the MyDubLi in your Back Office.
How does the Send a Song process work?
Search and select a song that you would like to send from your MyDubLi,
Select the "send a song" feature from the menu tab located at the upper right hand corner of the MyDubLi,
A link bubble will open,
Click on the link and then right click, this will open a windows menu, highlight and click on "select all", next simultaneously hit the "CTRL" button and the letter "C" key on your keyboard – this copies the link,
Open your email account and select new mail,
Enter the recipient's email address and write a brief note explaining to them that you are sending them a song that you thought they would enjoy, also encourage them to download the free MyDubLi as a gift from you,
Insert the link into the email by right clicking and selecting "Paste" or simultaneously hit the "CTRL" key and the letter "V" key on your keyboard,
Make sure to personalize the message to the recipient and NO SPAMING is permitted.
How does the Capture Page process work?
The song link contains information that directs the recipient to your DubLi Marketing Capture page,
When the email recipient clicks on the link that you sent them, it opens your capture page and automatically starts playing the song that you selected,
The recipient can then search for new songs and listen to them on MyDubLi,
If the recipient tries to send a song from the player they will be prompted to download the player first,
The recipient is also able to register and download the MyDubLi on the capture page by simply providing some basic information and clicking on the registration link,
If the recipient is already a DubLi customer he/she can login on the capture page and download their MyDubLi,
Please note, once the recipient registers he/she will automatically become your customer. The system if far more sophisticated that just embedding a BA link.
If the recipient is already a DubLi customer and is associated with another BA, that person will remain the other BA's customer no matter who sends them a link.
What happens when a customer sends a song from the MyDubLi to someone?
The customer's BA must have an active Marketing package to acquire the new customer,
A customer is tagged to one particular BA,
If that customer sends a song from their MyDubLi they are actually marketing their BA's business,
When the customer sends a song to someone, the link that they are sending opens their BA's capture page,
As described above, the selected song will automatically start playing and the recipient can take advantage of all the great features.
If the recipient registers on that capture page they, too, will become the BA's customer.
What happens when a customer sends a song from the Entertainment page on DubLi.com?
If the customer's BA has an active Marketing package then the song link will contain a link to the BA's Capture page.
When the recipient clicks on the link it will open the BA's capture page.
As described above, the selected song will automatically start playing and the recipient can take advantage of all the great features.
If the recipient registers on that capture page they, too, will become the BA's customer
If the customer's BA does NOT have an active Marketing package then the "send a song" feature will send a generic link featuring the song and will NOT contain any BA affiliation.
Sending Music On-Demand or Super Shopper packages as a gift to your friends, customers or family is now available! Go to DubliNetwork.com and log in,
Select My Office drop down menu,
Click on My Gifts tab,
The My Gifts page describes the packages and allows you to send and manage your vouchers,
To purchase an annual package vouchers, first click on the Buy more DubLi Packages link located directly below the image of the packages,
To purchase select package, select payment option and enter information then press PAY NOW.
Once you have purchased your packages you can go back to your My Gifts page
From here enter the recipients information and your personal message, then select the package you want to gift and then the SEND VOUCHER button,
Below this section you will find the Voucher History section,
Here you can monitor and manage the status of all of your vouchers,
You may also revoke the voucher before it is redeemed by clicking on the gray arrow. What should a customer do to send a gift package?
Go to DubLi.com and log in,
Select the PACKAGES link located on the lower left corner of the website just above the Member area,
You will then be navigated to a page that describes the packages and their features,
Select the green PURCHASE NOW link. This directs you to the purchase page.
Select a package. This will activate a dropdown and allow you to send a 12 month annual subscription option,
Once you have made your selection, click on the green GO TO PAYMENT option,
This will navigate to the payment page. From here, select the PayPal option,
Now you may enter your PayPal email, create a PayPal account or click on one of the credit card icons below.
Once a package is purchased, it can be sent using the Tell a Friend feature. This link is located on the lower left hand corner of the web page, in the Member area.
